Application of PBL and Case Teaching Method in Food Safety Assessment
"Food Safety Assessment"is a required course for students majoring in food quality and safety.This course has the characteristics of multi-disciplinary crossing and strong application.Teachers need to adopt a variety of teaching methods and set certain situations to help students understand and absorb theoretical knowledge,and apply knowledge to solve problems in real production.In order to improve students'ability to analyze and solve problems,the teaching team adopts PBL combined with case teaching method to carry out teaching exploration according to the analysis of learning situation.The problem-oriented,student-centered and case-based teaching reform has achieved good results.Analyze the necessity of PBL combined with case teaching method in this course,the advantages of the combination of the two teaching methods,and the design and application in the course,which effectively improves the quality and efficiency of the classroom.
