Ideological and Political Teaching Design of"Food Technology"Course Based on"BOPPPS+Pad Class"Model
"Food Technology"is the core course of Food Science and Engineering majors,which is very important to establish students'correct values,professional ethics and cultivate their sense of social responsibility.Combining with the curriculum characteristics and training objectives of the course,introduce the characteristics of the new teaching mode of"BOPPPS+Pad Class"and its implementation path in the ideological and political teaching design of the course of"Food Technology".Discuss how to take the new teaching model of"BOPPPS+Pad Classroom"as the help to build an all-round teaching model that integrates ideological and political elements into professional teaching class.This research can implement the specific requirements of cultivating morality and educating people,highlight classroom moral education,and provide teaching reform ideas for carrying out ideological and political education in different professional courses.
