在新工科浪潮的背景下,"四新"融合的食品专业"三创"教育与实践具有重要的时代意义.通过分析改革背景,理清改革的实施思路,明确改革的具体任务,创新"四新"融合的"一基三构"食品专业"三创"教育与实践举措,即革新"四新"融合的基于"设计思维"视域下新工科人才培养模式(一基),构建开源、开放的"三创"实践平台,构建"师生共创"模式教育教学新生态体系,构建"产教研融合"多元化考核评价体系(三构),探索食品专业新工科建设与"三创"教育深度融合的教育与实践路径.同时,基于制度、师资、经费、平台、"四新"融合及对外交流的保障举措,为食品专业"一基三构"的"三创"融合改革提供支撑,最终为全面提升高素质复合型新工科人才培养质量、为社会及地方经济发展、为闽南乃至闽台食品产业创新提供不竭动力与智力支持.

Under the background of new engineering wave,the education and practice of"innovation,entrepreneurship and creation"of food specialty characterized with"one foundation & three construction"and"four new"integration have important significance of The Times.By analyzing the reform background,clarifying the implementation of the reform train of thought,and clearing the specific tasks of the reform,the creative implement approach of education and practice of"innovation,entrepreneurship and creation"of food specialty characterized with"one foundation & three construction"and"four new"integration is studied.Concretely speaking,it brings forth new ideas of the new engineering personnel training mode based on"design thinking"horizon with the integration of"Four New"(One Foundation);It builds an"innovation,entrepreneurship and creation"open source practice platform;It builds a new education teaching ecological system of"co-creation between teachers and students";It builds a diversified evaluation system based on the"Integration of Production,Teaching and Research"(Three Construction),so that to explore the education and practice path of deep integration of new engineering construction of food major and"innovation,entrepreneurship and creation"education.Based on the guarantee measures of system,teachers,funds,platform,"four new"integration as well as the foreign exchange,it provides support for the reform of food specialty characterized with"One Foundation & Three Construction"and"four new"integration.In all,it will provide inexhaustible power and intellectual support for comprehensively improving the training quality of high-quality composite new engineering talents,for social and local economic development,and for the food industry innovation in southern Fujian and even Fujian and Taiwan province.
