在新工科浪潮的背景下,"四新"融合的食品专业"三创"教育与实践具有重要的时代意义.通过分析改革背景,理清改革的实施思路,明确改革的具体任务,创新"四新"融合的"一基三构"食品专业"三创"教育与实践举措,即革新"四新"融合的基于"设计思维"视域下新工科人才培养模式(一基),构建开源、开放的"三创"实践平台,构建"师生共创"模式教育教学新生态体系,构建"产教研融合"多元化考核评价体系(三构),探索食品专业新工科建设与"三创"教育深度融合的教育与实践路径.同时,基于制度、师资、经费、平台、"四新"融合及对外交流的保障举措,为食品专业"一基三构"的"三创"融合改革提供支撑,最终为全面提升高素质复合型新工科人才培养质量、为社会及地方经济发展、为闽南乃至闽台食品产业创新提供不竭动力与智力支持.
