水果蔬菜在采后储运过程中易受自身生理代谢、外部环境条件变化、病菌侵害和机械损伤等的影响,导致其大量腐烂变质.因此,基于果蔬的劣变机理,开发保鲜性能好、绿色环保、安全易降解的纳米复合薄膜是目前研究的热点.文章主要介绍了纳米复合膜的制备方法及其性能特点,分析了纳米复合薄膜在机械性、阻气性、抗菌性、可降解性等方面的优势,阐述了在果蔬保鲜领域应用较广泛的纳米金属复合薄膜、纳米金属氧化物复合薄膜和天然高分子纳米纤维复合薄膜的最新研究进展,并对其发展前景进行了展望,以期为纳米复合薄膜在果蔬保鲜领域的发展和产业化应用提供参考.
Preparation of Nanocomposite Film and Its Application in Fruit and Vegetable Preservation
Fruits and vegetables are susceptible to their own physiological metabolism,changes in external environmental conditions,pathogenic bacteria and mechanical damage during postharvest storage and transportation,resulting in a large number of their decay and deterioration.Therefore,based on the deterioration mechanism of fruits and vegetables,the development of nanocomposite films with good freshness preservation performance,green environmental protection,safety and easy degradation is a hotspot of current research.The article mainly introduces the preparation method of nanocomposite film and its performance characteristics,analyzes the advantages of nanocomposite film in mechanical,gas barrier,antibacterial,degradability,etc.,and elucidates the latest research progress of nano-metal composite film,nano-metal oxide composite film,and natural polymer nano-fiber composite film,which are widely used in the field of preservation of fruits and vegetables and look forward to the prospect of their development,with a view to It also provides reference for the development and industrialization of nanocomposite films in the field of fruit and vegetable preservation.
