Practice and Reflection on the Integration of Curriculum Civics into the Classroom of Food Flavor Chemistry
Curriculum Civics is fundamental for schools to realize ideological and political work throughout the whole process and to establish moral education.Food Flavor Chemistry is an important elective course for undergraduate and graduate students of food science and engineering,which contains rich elements of ideology and politics.In this paper,we conduct an in-depth study on the teaching content,the way of integrating Civic-Political elements,the teaching strategy,and the teaching evaluation.Through the natural integration of Civics and Politics teaching in the curriculum,it can enhance students'interest in learning,strengthen cultural self-confidence,improve national pride,cultivate patriotism,and deepen the scientific spirit of rigor and seriousness.
