摘要
检测用基体标准样品/标准物质被广泛应用于过程控制和结果评价,是食品安全监管和行业健康发展的技术支撑.整理我国酒类检测用基体标准样品/标准物质的研制现状,分析基体标准样品/标准物质的应用方式和应用领域,剖析当前面临主要问题,并提出针对性建议,旨在为后续酒类标准样品/标准物质研究提供一定的借鉴.
Abstract
The matrix certified reference materials used for testing are widely used in process control and result evaluation,providing technical support for food safety supervision and the healthy development of the industry.Summary the current development status of matrix certified reference materials for alcohol detection in China,analyze the application methods and fields of matrix certified reference materials,analyze the main problems currently faced,and put forward targeted suggestions,aiming to provide some reference for future research on alcohol certified reference materials.
