摘要
为了解饮食对运动表现和抗疲劳情况的影响机制,对运动疲劳机制及其影响因素进行研究,分析利用食品改善运动能力的抗疲劳机制与功效成分,提出:合理摄入碳水化合物、蛋白质、矿物质、维生素、脂肪等营养成分可以在一定程度上改善人体的抗疲劳机制,达到强化运动能力的目的,以期为食品搭配的科学开展提供参考.
Abstract
To understand the diet of exercise performance and fatigue influence mechanism,study exercise fatigue mechanism and influencing factors,analyze the use of food to improve exercise resistance fatigue mechanism and efficacy components,put forward that reasonable intake of carbohydrates,protein,minerals,vitamins,fat and other nutrients can to a certain extent improve the human fatigue mechanism,and achieve the purpose of strengthening exercise ability,in order to provide reference for food configuration science.
