"食品安全学"是高校食品相关专业的一门理论和应用兼备的专业教育课程,属于核心专业课程.在"大食物观"政策指导下,针对"食品安全学"课程特点,从教学理念、教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、考核方式6个方面对该课程进行教学改革与探索,旨在调动学生学习主动性,拓宽学生视野,提高学生运用食品安全学的基本原理分析和解决实际问题的综合能力,提高理论和实践教学效果,提升食品科学类专业人才培养质量.
Reflections on Curriculum Reform of"Food Safety"under the Background of the"Great Food View"
"Food Safety"is a theoretical and applied vocational training course for food-related majors in colleges and universities,and belongs to the core vocational courses.Under the guidance of the"Great Food View"policy,the teaching reform and exploration of the course have been carried out in six aspects,namely teaching concept,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and evaluation methods,with the aim of mobilizing students'learning initiative,broadening students'horizons,improving students'comprehensive ability to analyze and solve practical problems by applying the basic principles of"Food Safety",improving the effect of theoretical and practical teaching,and improving the quality of talent cultivation for food science majors.
