Based on the characteristics of"Food Toxicology"course and under the background of engineering education professional certification,this paper deeply analyzes the necessity of teaching reform of"Food Toxicology"course based on the concept of OBE,establishes the learning objectives of"Food Toxicology"course,and explores the rational design of"Food Toxicology"course,the improvement of teaching contents and the adoption of various teaching methods.This study is in order to develop students'practical innovation ability and practical operational skills in toxicology while meeting certification requirements.
