乡村振兴背景下职业院校食品类专业人才培养模式探究

分析乡村振兴背景下职业院校人才新需求以及在乡村振兴战略中的主要困境,以职业院校食品类专业为例,提出乡村振兴背景下职业院校食品类专业人才培养创新模式:以服务农业特色为导向,人才培养方案的修订、课程内容的设置要贴近企业、贴近市场;在教材和大纲中融入乡村情怀,凸显农业职业院校办学特色;培养实践型师资队伍,提高社会服务能力;建设校企合作信息化平台,实时了解农业企业的用人需求及发展动向;培育当地农业主导产业,共同打造特色农业产品.该研究不仅可以助力乡村振兴,而且可以促进职业教育的发展.
Study on the Training Mode of Food Professionals in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Analyzing the new demand of vocational college talents under the background of rural revitalization and the main difficulties in the rural revitalization strategy,take the food major in a vocational school as an example,and put forward the innovative mode of food professionals in vocational colleges under the background of rural revitalization.Oriented by the characteristics of service agriculture,from the revision of the talent training program,the setting of the course content should be close to the enterprise and the market;Integrate the rural feelings into the textbooks and outline,and highlight the characteristics of agricultural vocational colleges;Cultivate practical teachers,and improve the social service capacity;Building a school-enterprise cooperation information platform,real-time understanding of the employment needs and development trends of agricultural enterprises;To foster local agricultural industries,jointly create characteristic agricultural products.This study can not only contribute to rural revitalization,but also promote the development of vocational education.
