Exploration on the Teaching Reform of"Food Hygiene"under the Background of"Internet+"
This article analyzes some problems in the teaching process of"Food Hygiene".In order to solve these problems,Internet+technology is used to reform the teaching method,teaching content and curriculum evaluation.The aim is to enhance students'interest and learning initiative,to help them establish correct food hygiene concepts,to enhance their ability to solve practical problems,and to cultivate high-quality food industry talents with good professional literacy,high moral quality,and strong practical ability.
