A Detected Method of Ribavirin in Food Based on Magnetic Molecular Imprinting Technique
Create a fast, efficient, accurate and easy-operated detection method of strong adsorption capacity for ribavirin. The magnetic molecule-imprinted material can be used as a solid phase dispersed extraction filler to detect ribavirin in food products instead of solid phase extraction column or concentration steps.Ribavirin magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers(MMIPs),including an average particle size of 2.5 μm,an uniform particle size distribution and a good monodispersion, are synthesized independently as a solid phase dispersed extraction filler, which can effectively adsorb and purge the target substance. The maximum adsorption capacity of MMIPs is 5 835 mg/kg,and the adsorption equilibrium time is 1 min, which can quickly and effectively adsorb the target substance in the sample solution.Under neutral conditions, acetonitrile is used as extraction liquid, solid phase dispersion extraction filler is used for purifying impurities and enriching target substance, and quantitative detection of target substance is carried out by liquid chromatography. The recovery rate is 80.6%-90.2%,the precision SRSD is 4.38%,the quantitative repeatability is 2.60%,the qualitative repeatability is 0.22%,the detection limit is 0.02 mg/kg,the quantitation limit is 0.05 mg/kg.The linear regression equation is y=541.33x+12.092,and the correlation coefficient is R2=0.999 8.It is suitable for detection of Ribavirin in food products. The method and principle can provide some reference and experimental ideas for the application of magnetic molecularly imprinted materials.
