QuEChERS-HPLC-MS/MS法同时测定韭菜中18种杀菌剂残留

以韭菜为试验原料,利用QuEChERS法对韭菜样品进行净化,建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)同时测定韭菜中18种杀菌剂残留量的方法.结果表明,选用Phenomenex双苯基色谱柱分离,18种杀菌剂的保留时间在2.8~8.0 min之间.质量浓度范围在0.01~0.08 µg/mL时,各种杀菌剂的线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均≥0.999 0,方法检出限(rSN=3)为0.11~0.87 μg/kg,定量限0.65~1.89 µg/kg,在5.0,10.0和50.0 μg/kg这3个质量分数水平上加标平均回收率为87%~108%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.1%~4.5%.该方法操作简单、灵敏准确,可用于韭菜中18种杀菌剂的残留量测定.
Simultaneous Determination of 18 Fungicides in Chinese Chives by QuEChERS-HPLC-MS/MS
It was to establish a method for the simultaneous detection of 18 fungicides residues in Chinese chives by QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The results showed that retention time for the 18 fungicides was found in the range from 2.8-8.5 min with Phenomenex diphenyl chromatographic column.The linear relation was good when the concentration range was 0.01-0.08 μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient of the 18 fungicides was≥0.999 0;The limits of detection were in the range of 0.11-0.87 μg/kg,and the limits of quantification were in the range of 0.65-1.89 μg/kg;The average recoveries in the sample additive experiment at 3 concentration levels of 5.0,10.0 and 50.0 μg/kg were 87%-108%,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 2.1%-4.5%.The proposed procedure was simple,quick and accurate for the simultaneous determination of the 18 fungicides in Chinese chives.
