Pollution Characteristics and Dietary Risk Assessment of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables Sold in Changchun
Investigate the level of pesticide residues in vegetables sold in Changchun, and evaluate their potential risks to human health.About 352 vegetable samples were collected in Changchun in 2021.About 76 pesticide residues were analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS)and gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and chronic dietary intake risk and acute dietary intake risk were assessed. The results showed that in the vegetable samples,183 samples(51.99%)did not detect pesticide residues,169 samples(48.01%)contained pesticide residues, and 16 samples(4.55%)exceeded the maximum residue limits(MRLs).About 28 different pesticide residues were detected, and 10 samples of those exceeded MRLs.The top three pesticide residues detected were pythil, acetamiprid and carbendazim. The samples exceeding MRLs were found in leek, celery, spinach, eggplant, cowpea and onion. In the four quarters, the risk of pesticide exceeding was the 1st>4th>3rd>2nd.The results of dietary intake risk assessment showed that%ADI of omethoate was 108.33%,and the risk of chronic intake was unacceptable;%ARfD of carbofuran was 291.67%,and the acute intake risk was unacceptable. The risk values of other pesticides in acute and chronic dietary were less than 100%.In the commercial vegetables of Changchun City, the detection rate of pesticide residues was high, but the rate of exceeding was low;The overall qualification rate was high, but there were risks of chronic and acute ingestion to varying degrees. It was suggested that relevant departments should strengthen monitoring and supervision.
