Food safety concerns people's health and well-being.With the rapid development of the food industry and the wide application of contemporary Internet technology,the complexity and uncertainty of food safety supervision have increased significantly,and the collaborative supervision of food safety online and offline has become a new trend.Combining the theory of food safety and responsive supervision,creatively utilize the vertical regulation strategies"pyramid theory"and the horizontal supervisory authority"distribution scheme theory"in the theory of responsive regulation to separately analyze the various roles such as the government,intermediary platforms and consumers which should play in food safety supervision,and to ensure the rationality and coordination of the regulatory measures between different organizations,and then crack the new path of online and offline food safety supervision,so that food safety supervision can enter a favorable environment with multi-party coordination and individual responsibility.
