Exploration and Practice of Integration Path on Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the Course of"Food Nutrition and Hygiene"
Comprehensively promoting curriculum ideological and political construction was a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task on"strengthen moral education for cultivating people".Taking"Food Nutrition and Hygiene"in vocational colleges as an example,the significance of ideological and political education practice was analyzed.Exploration and practice of integration path on curriculum ideology and politics in the course"Food Nutrition and Hygiene"from five aspects have been carried out,namely clarifying the goals of curriculum ideology and politics,exploring the elements of curriculum ideology and politics,forming a teaching team of curriculum ideology and politics,constructing diversified teaching methods of ideology and politics,and reforming the teaching evaluation methods,in order to provide reference for improving curriculum ideological and political construction level of"Food Nutrition and Hygiene",and to better implement the trinity education concept of"value shaping,ability training and knowledge imparting".The research results of the course had further achieved the unity of the teaching objectives and educational objectives of this course.
