摘要

食品安全牵动人心,不仅与人们生命健康有关,还关乎食品行业健康发展与社会和谐稳定.作为高素质人才培养摇篮,高校食品安全问题备受瞩目,保证师生安全,是各大高校管理期间的重要工作.基于此,聚焦高校食品安全治理与食品安全教育,结合大学生食品安全意识现状,简析食品安全意识培养的意义与路径,并立足现实,提出高校食品安全治理优化策略,以期为保障高校食品安全提供参考.

Abstract

Food safety affects people's hearts,not only related to people's life and health,but also related to the healthy development of food industry and social harmony and stability.As the cradle of high-quality personnel training,college food safety has attracted much attention.Ensuring the safety of teachers and students is an important work during the management of colleges and universities.Based on this,focus on food safety management and food safety education in colleges and universities,combine the current situation of college students'food safety awareness,analyze the significance and path of food safety awareness cultivation,and put forward optimization strategies for food safety management in colleges and universities based on reality,in order to provide references for ensuring food safety in colleges and universities.
