随着食品营养学科学内涵的发展以及社会对学科应用需求的与日俱增,高校开展食品营养学课程教学模式改革探索与实践已刻不容缓.文章在分析食品营养学课程教学模式改革的必要性与重要性的基础上,明确了课程教学模式改革的主要方向,归纳总结了课程教学改革面临的主要问题,最后从优化完善课程教学体系、改革教学方式方法、注重实践教学引导、构筑全过程教学评价体系四个角度,提出了食品营养学课程教学模式改革的具体举措,以期为开设食品营养学课程的高校所参考.
Exploration and Practice of Food Nutrition Course Teaching Model Reform
With the development of the connotation of food nutrition science and the increasing social demand for the application of the subject,it is urgent for colleges and universities to carry out the exploration and practice of the reform of food nutrition course teaching mode.Based on the analysis of the necessity and importance of the reform of the teaching mode of food and nutrition course,this paper defines the main direction of the reform of the teaching mode,summarizes the main problems faced by the reform of the teaching mode,and finally from the four perspectives of optimizing and perfecting the teaching system,reforming the teaching methods and methods,focusing on practical teaching guidance and building the whole process of teaching evaluation system.The paper puts forward some concrete measures to reform the teaching mode of food dietetics,which is expected to be a reference for colleges and universities setting up food dietetics courses.
