硫磺菌乙酸乙酯提取物抗氧化活性及其成分分析

以硫磺菌为原料制备硫磺菌乙酸乙酯提取物,测定提取物的多糖、多酚、黄酮和三萜含量,并评估其抗氧化活性.结果表明,硫磺菌乙酸乙酯提取物中含有多糖、多酚、黄酮、三萜,含量分别为76.27±3.29,19.15±0.66,9.12±0.41和32.41±4.03 mg/mL.硫磺菌乙酸乙酯提取物对DPPH、ABTS、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均有较强的清除能力并且具有一定的还原能力.
Antioxidant Activity and Components Analysis of Ethyl Acetate Extract of Laetiporus sulphureus
The antioxidant activity and bioactive components of the ethyl acetate extract of Laetiporus sulphureus were investigated.The Laetiporus sulphureus was used as raw material.The results showed that the ethyl acetate extract of Laetiporus sulphureus contained 76.27±3.29 mg/mL of polysaccharide,19.15±0.66 mg/mL of polyphenol,9.12±0.41 mg/mL of flavonoid,and 32.41±4.03 mg/mL of triterpenoid.The ethyl acetate extract of Laetiporus sulphureus exhibited strong scavenging abilities against DPPH free radicals,hydroxyl free radicals,ABTS free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals,as well as certain reducing abilities.
