Effects of Dual-frequency Ultrasonic Treatment on the Activity of Protease
The effect of dual-frequency ultrasonic treatment on the protease activity produced during the metabolic process of Aspergillus oryzae was investigated. The effect of the operating parameters of dual-frequency ultrasound(power density, ultrasonic treatment time, temperature, and working time ratio).n the activity of the protease produced by Aspergillus oryzae was investigated by using single factor experiments and the orthogonal experimental design. The optimal process parameters of ultrasonic treatment were obtained as ultrasonic power density of 25 W/L,treatment time of 10 min, medium temperature of 20 ℃,and the working time ratio of 25 kHz to 40 kHz of 20:30(s/s),under which the protease activity of the treated sample was increased by 5.68%compared with that of the control, indicating that the appropriate ultrasonic treatment could improve the protease activity.
