Effect and Mechanism of Zhuqing Vitalin Solid Beverage on Learning and Memory Impairment in Mice
To explore the effect and mechanism of Zhuqing vitalin solid beverage on learning and memory impairment in mice,c57bl/6 male mice are randomly divided into blank group,model group,low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group,with 10 mice in each group.Continuous intragastric administration for 15 days;On day 23,mice in the administration group and model group are intraperitoneally injected scopolamine hydrobromide(2 mg/kg)to establish a learning and memory impairment model.The spatial learning and memory ability of mice are evaluated by skip test and Morris water maze test,and the oxidative damage indexes in brain tissue of mice in each group are detected.The spatial learning and memory ability of mice are evaluated by jumping bench test and Morris water maze test,and the contents of various indexes in the brain tissue of mice in each group are detected.Chuqing Life Actin solid drink can improve the dementia induced by scopolamine,but the improvement effect cannot be maintained for a long time.At the same time,it can increase the activities of SOD and CAT in brain tissue and serum of mice,reduce the content of MDA,enhance the scavenging ability of DPPH,reduce the content of hydroxyl free radicals,and increase the content of Ach.Zhugreen Life Actin solid drink can improve the learning and memory impairment of dementia mice induced by scopolamine,and raspberry may play a major role in the formula.
