摘要

研究实验室自行研制的核桃酱改善气虚两虚小鼠的作用研究.试验采用乙酰苯肼+环磷酰胺+跑步力竭以建立小鼠的气虚双虚模型,通过考察小鼠的外周血象、力竭跑步试验、肛温、体重变化量等指标评价核桃酱对气血两虚小鼠的改善作用.结果表明,补气血核桃酱能显著性升高小鼠的肛温0.9~1.0 ℃不等,抑制造模药引起的体重下降和胸腺萎缩,能显著性增加模型小鼠的红细胞数目、血红蛋白浓度1~3倍不等.产品对小鼠具有补气血作用.

Abstract

Study the effect of walnut paste on mice with Qi deficiency and two deficiency.Acetophenzine+cyclophosphamide+running exhaustion was used to establish a mouse model of Qi deficiency and double deficiency,and the improvement of walnut paste on deficiency of Qi and blood mice was evaluated by examining the peripheral blood image,running exhaustion test,anal temperature and weight change.The results showed that tonifying Qi and blood walnut paste could significantly increase the anal temperature of mice by 0.9-1.0 ℃,inhibit the weight loss and thymus atrophy caused by modeling drugs,and significantly increase the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin concentration of model mice by 1-3 times.This product had the effect of tonifying Qi and blood in mice.
