植提复合物对胃黏膜保护的协同性研究

通过急性、慢性动物试验及人体试食,探究植提复合物(猴头菇、西兰花、姜黄及木香复合)在胃黏膜保护方面的效果.试验设置空白、模型对照组及3个试验组,即西兰花组,复合物组1(猴头菇、姜黄及木香),复合物组2(猴头菇、西兰花、姜黄及木香).急性动物试验中,试验组均表现显著效果,其中复合物组2损伤抑制最优.慢性动物试验中,西兰花组无显著效果,复合物组均有效果,降低溃疡面积及体积.人体试食结果,复合物组2对胃蛋白酶原及胃泌素影响更显著,提示具有改善胃黏膜的效果.试食过程中无明显不良反应,复合物作用温和.试验结果为猴头菇、西兰花、姜黄及木香组合使用及相关食品的开发提供研究基础.
Synergistic Effect of the Compound of Plant-Extraction on Gastric Mucosal Protection
Through acute animal experiments,chronic animal experiments,and human trial feeding,explore the effect of plant-extractioncompound(hericiumerinaceus,broccoli,curcuminand aucklandiaeradixincense)on gastric mucosal protection.The experimental setup included a blank control group,a model control group,and three experimental groups of a single component of broccoli,hericiumerinaceus,curcumin and aucklandiae radix incense compound 1,and hericiumerinaceus,broccoli,curcumin and aucklandiae radix compound 2.In acute animal experiments,all three experimental groups showed significant effects,with compound 2 had the best damage inhibition effect.In chronic animal experiments,a single broccoli had no significant effect.Both compound 1 and compound 2 had effects,reducing the area and volume of ulcers,and compound 2 was better than compound 1.The human trial results showed that the combination of hericiumerinaceus,broccoli,curcumin,and aucklandiae radix had a more significant effect on pepsinogen and gastrin,indicating an improvement in the gastric mucosa.There were no significant adverse reactions during the human trial,and the combination of hericiumerinaceus,broccoli,curcumin,and aucklandiae radixhad mild effects.It provides a research foundation for the combined use of hericiumerinaceus,broccoli,curcumin and aucklandiae radix,as well as the development of related foods.
