为改善"食品原料安全控制"课堂教学现状,在总结传统教学模式不足的基础上,借鉴以问题为导向和项目为基础的教学(problem oriented and project based learning,POPBL)模式理论,探究以学生为中心、以问题为向导、以项目为组织的教学模式.在教学过程中,教师创设合适的项目,并指导学生以小组合作的形式解决项目问题,在这个过程中,学生的学习积极性、创新能力、团队协作能力及解决问题的能力得到大幅提高.该教学模式的探究为食品专业人才的培养及"食品原料安全控制"课程改革提供参考.
Research on the Teaching Mode of"Food Raw Material Safety Control"Course Based on POPBL
In order to improve the current situation of classroom teaching for"Food Raw Material Safety Control",summary the shortcomings of traditional teaching models and draw on the theory of problem oriented and project based learning(POPBL)teaching model to explore a student-centered,problem guided,and project organized teaching model.In the teaching process,teachers create appropriate projects and guide students to solve project problems in the form of group cooperation.During this process,students'leaming enthusiasm,innovation ability,teamwork ability,and problem-solving ability will be greatly improved.The exploration of this teaching mode provides reference for the cultivation of food professionals and the reform of the course"Food Raw Material Safety Control".
