摘要
结合乡村振兴成果和广东省"粤菜师傅工程"的部署,从河源客家饮食文化渊源着手,深入发掘当地客家美食文化资源,依此设计客家风情宴,为推进"客家古邑,食在河源"品牌建设提供一些参考思路.
Abstract
Based on the achievements of rural revitalization and the deployment of the"Guangdong Cuisine Master Project"in Guangdong Province,starting from the origin of Hakka cuisine culture in Heyuan,this paper explores the local Hakka cuisine cultural resources,designs Hakka style banquets,and provides some reference ideas for promoting the brand construction of"Hakka Ancient Town,Eating in Heyuan".
