成果导向教育是工程教育认证的核心理念,越来越受到关注.介绍"食品分析"的课程目标与毕业要求、线上线下混合式教学方法、课程目标评价达成度分析结果,旨在对"食品分析"课程的教学改革提供一定参考.结果表明,基于OBE理念的线上线下混合式教学模式,可以提高学生的课程目标达成度,培养学生的创新能力和职业道德,满足工程教育认证条件下专业人才培养的需求.
Discussion on Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Reform of"Food Analysis"Based on OBE Concept
Outcome-based Education(OBE)is the core concept of engineering education certification,which has attracted more and more attention.The course objectives and graduation requirements of"Food Analysis",the combination of online and offline teaching methods,and the achievement degree analysis of course objectives are introduced,aiming to provide some reference for the teaching reform of"Food Analysis"course.The results show that the online and offline mixed teaching based on OBE concept can improve students'course objective achievement rate,cultivate students'innovative ability and professional ethics,and meet the needs of professional talent training under the condition of engineering education certification.
