摘要
锌作为人体必须微量元素之一,在机体各项生理活动中发挥着重要作用,研究锌在眼病中的作用,对防治眼健康相关疾病具有重要意义.文章汇总相关研究进展,对锌在年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变、白内障中的科学证据进行综述,了解锌的生物学作用,从营养补充角度为预防和治疗眼健康相关疾病提供指导.
Abstract
As one of the essential trace elements of the human body,zinc plays an important role in various physiological activities of the body.Studying the role of zinc in eye diseases is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of eye health-related diseases.This article summarizes relevant research progress,reviews the scientific evidence of zinc in age-related macular degeneration,diabetic retinopathy,and cataracts,understands the biological effects of zinc,and provides guidance for the prevention and treatment of eye health-related diseases from the perspective of nutritional supplementation.
