摘要
开展"食品微生物学"双语教学对提高学生的英语能力和专业素养具有积极作用.以"食品微生物学"为例,分析"食品微生物学"双语教学过程中存在的主要问题,并且提出改革措施,以期提升"食品微生物学"双语教学水平,增强学生综合能力,为食品行业发展的应用型人才培养提供支撑.
Abstract
The bilingual teaching method in"Food Microbiology"is essential to improving students'English skills and professional competence.Taking"Food Microbiology"as an example,the existing problems in the process of bilingual teaching in"Food Microbiology"have been analyzed,and the corresponding solutions have been proposed,in order to provide a reference for improving the teaching quality of"Food Microbiology"and cultivating students'comprehensive ability.It provides support for the training of applied talents in the food industry.
