Exploration and Practice of Curriculum Ideology in"Food Safety and Quality Control"Course
"Food Safety and Quality Control"is one of the core courses of food majors,which contains rich ideological and political elements.The purpose of this study is to improve the systematicness of curriculum ideological and political elements,to improve teaching methods,and to give full play to students'subjectivity.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the course,the teaching objectives are formulated,and the ideological and political elements and cases of each teaching chapter are deeply excavated.Then,driven by the ideological and political integration project,relying on the characteristic ideological and political practice platform,a student-centered blended teaching system and a diversified assessment system are constructed to promote the organic integration of ideological and political elements in the whole process of teaching.The implementation of ideological and political teaching stimulates students'enthusiasm for learning,hones their skills in diverse practical projects,and drives students to develop excellent professional qualities and moral qualities.
