摘要

地域特色食品文化是传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含丰富的历史信息和人文价值,通过研究地域特色食品文化,能够帮助人们更好认知区域的历史、民俗,促进区域文化的弘扬传承.基于此,从地域特色食品文化形成原因展开论述,并结合地域特色,对食节文化、饮食习俗文化、饮食历史文化、饮食经济文化进行分析,以期为地域特色食品文化研究工作的开展提供助力.

Abstract

Regional characteristic food culture is an important part of traditional culture,which contains rich historical information and humanistic value.Through studying regional characteristic food culture,it can help people better understand regional history and folk customs,and promote the promotion and inheritance of regional culture.Based on this,discuss the reasons for the formation of regional food culture,and analyze the food festival culture,food custom culture,food history culture,and food economy culture based on regional characteristics,hoping to provide help for the research of regional food culture.
