食品类专业在教学过程中常会出现理论体系庞杂,知识应用薄弱,导致培养的人才与社会需求脱节的问题.为探究一条真实应用驱动下的有利于促进创新、探究、合作型学习的教学模式,将学生培养成适合时代要求的高素质应用型人才,课程组通过梳理构建知识与认知维度交叉表、思政实践路径等方法,梳理课程体系,融入思政元素,优化理论与实践教学方法、改进考试评价方式,对"粮油加工工艺"课程进行全面改革与实践,有效提升学生对粮油加工知识的掌握与知识运用能力,全面提升教师的教学水平.
Reform and Implementation of the"Grain and Oil Processing Technology"Driven by Real Products
In the pedagogical process of food-related disciplines,there are often a complexity in the theoretical framework and a lack of practical application,resulting in a disconnection between the skills developed by students and the demands of society.In order to explore a pedagogical approach conducive to fostering innovation,inquiry,and cooperative learning driven by real-world applications,as well as cultivating students into high-quality applied talents aligned with the demands of contemporary society,the curriculum team meticulously examines the construction of knowledge and cognitive dimensions crosswise,along with ideological and political practice pathways.Consequently,they streamlines the curriculum system while integrating ideological and political elements.A comprehensive reform and implementation of the"Grain and Oil Processing Technology"has been undertaken to optimize theoretical and practical teaching methods,and to enhance examination evaluation techniques,etc.,thereby effectively enhancing students'mastery of grain and oil processing knowledge as well as their ability to apply this knowledge,while simultaneously comprehensively elevating the teaching proficiency of educators.
