Practice and Exploration of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of"Principles of Food Engineering"——Taking Jinzhou Medical University as an Example
This article first provides a detailed explanation of the integration points in the teaching of the course"Principles of Food Engineering".Based on the integration points,the first chapter of the course"Principles of Statics"is designed to elaborate on the ideological and political system of the course"student-centered,teacher led".With the help of new media information technology,the construction of the course ideological and political resource library is continuously improved,and the ideological and political elements of the course are integrated into experimental teaching to make up for the shortcomings of traditional practical teaching.By extending the depth and breadth of the experiment,students'innovation and creativity abilities have been significantly improved during the experimental process.
