摘要

建立超声萃取-液相色谱联用法快速测定保健食品中烟酸、烟酰胺、盐酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇、盐酸吡哆醛和盐酸吡哆胺的检验方法.色谱条件:SB C18柱(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),流动相A为0.1%三氟乙酸、流动相B为甲醇.洗脱程序:0~4min,3%B;4~9 min,15%B;9~10 min,15%~20%B;10~11 min,60%~95%B;11~15 min,95%B;15~15.5 min,95%~3%B;15.5~18 min,3%B.检测波长280 nm.结果表明,烟酸、烟酰胺、盐酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇、盐酸吡哆醛和盐酸吡哆胺线性范围为0.5~50 μg/mL,相关系数0.999 9.以0.125,0.500和1.250 mg/kg为3个水平加标,测得的回收率在90%~102%,SRSD≤4%.该方法简单、快捷、检测时间短,可同时对保健食品中的烟酸、烟酰胺、盐酸硫胺素、盐酸吡哆醇、盐酸吡哆醛和盐酸吡哆胺进行检测.

Abstract

Establish a method of rapid determination of nicotinic acid,nicotinamide,thiamine hydrochloride,pyridoxine hydrochloride,pyridoxal hydrochloride and pyridoxamine dihydrochloride in health foods by ultrasonic extraction-liquid chromatography.Chromatographic condition is that SB C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase 0.1%trifluoroacetic acid(A)-methanol(B).The elution condition is that 0-4 min,3%B;4-9 min,15%B;9-10 min,15%*20%B;10-11 min,60%-95%B;11-15 min,95%B;15-15.5 min,95%*3%B;15.5-18 min,3%B.Detection wavelength is 280 nm.The results show that the linear range of nicotinic acid,nicotinamide,thiamine hydrochloride,pyridoxine hydrochloride,pyridoxal hydrochloride and pyridoxamine dihydrochloride are 0.5-50 μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9.The recoveries at 0.125,0.500 and 1.250 mg/kg are between 90%and 102%,with the relative standard deviation ≤4%.This method is sample,fast,with short detection period,and can provide simultaneous determination of nicotinic acid,nicotinamide,thiamine hydrochloride,pyridoxine hydrochloride,pyridoxal hydrochloride and pyridoxamine dihydrochloride.
