Analysis and Optimization of Food Supervision and Sampling——Based on the Data of S Province 2019-2022
Food supervision and sampling,as the regular work of the market supervision and management department,is a powerful hand in realizing the"three most stringent"food safety,which is of great significance for grasping the food safety situation in the market,preventing and controlling food risks,and is also the basic link in the management of food crime.Explore the problems and elements in the work of food supervision and sampling,to provide targeted suggestions for optimizing food supervision and sampling.The data of food supervision and sampling inspection in S province from 2019 to 2022 are sorted out,focusing on the number of sampling,unqualified categories,testing items,and testing organizations statistically analyzed.It is found that there are problems in the three aspects of food supervision and sampling inspection,namely sampling object,inspection item,and inspection disclosure.This should be optimized by in three ways of enriching the selection of sampling,strengthening the inspection standard system,and standardizing the inspection disclosure.
