Research on Family Food Safety of Dulong Ethnic Group in Yunnan
The Dulong people are one of the special minority ethnic groups in Yunnan,mainly living in Dulongjiang Township,Nujiang Prefecture.In recent years,the strategies of"promoting rural improvement and helping the whole ethnic group",poverty alleviation and rural revitalization have greatly improved their living environment.Through field research,it is found that there are still many problems in the safety behavior,safety attitude and safety attitude of the Dulong family,which pose a threat to the health of local residents.This study uses anthropological and sociological research methods,combining qualitative and quantitative methods,to explore the problems of food safety knowledge scarcity,unscientific food processing,and safety hazards in traditional cooking in regional households.It then proposes reasonable suggestions such as conducting food safety behavior surveys,increasing publicity and education,and establishing food safety regulatory systems.
