Cadmium Pollution and Risk Assessment in Rice in Circulation of Anhui Province in 2022
To investigate the cadmium pollution in rice in circulation of Anhui Province,and to evaluate the health risk caused by cadmium ingestion from rice,a total of 502 samples of rice were collected from 16 cities in Anhui province.The cadmium content was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after super microwave digestion,and the cadmium pollution in rice was evaluated by single factor pollution index(Pi).The point assessment method and chemical carcinogenic health risk model were used to analyze the health risk of cadmium ingestion from rice in Anhui province.The detection rate of cadmium in 502 samples was 90.2％,and the total exceeding rate was 1.2％.The Pi of cadmium in rice in Anhui province ranged from 0.002 to 1.179,and the proportion of mild cadmium pollution was 1.2％.The monthly intake of cadmium through rice in Anhui province ranged from 5.7％to 41.4％of PTMI,and the average monthly intake accounted for 23.3％of PTMI.The carcinogenic risk of cadmium intake from rice in Anhui province ranged from 0.41 × 10-5 a-1 to 3.00× 10-5 a1,and the average health risk value was 1.69×10-5 a1.The cadmium contamination of rice in circulation in Anhui province is controllable,and the health risk of cadmium ingestion through rice is low.
