产教融合下高职食品类专业人才培养策略分析

为有效提高高职食品类专业人才培养质量和效果,文章基于产教融合理念,对高职食品类专业人才培养深化产教融合的重要性进行了简要的分析后,针对人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了一系列解决措施,其中涵盖了完善优化政策保障机制、强化校企合作力度以及构建协同育人模式等.结果表明,将产教融合的理念与模式全面贯彻落实到高职食品类专业人才的培养中,有利于强化人才培养效果,满足食品产业对人才的现实需求.说明我国职业教育在发展的过程中,要持续深化产教融合,不断创新人才培养策略.
Analysis on Training Strategy of Food Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Integration of Production and Education
In order to effectively improve the quality and effect of food professional personnel training in higher vocational education,this paper is based on the concept of integration of production and education,the importance of deepening the integration of production and education in the cultivation of food professionals in higher vocational education.After a brief analysis,this paper puts forward a series of measures to solve the problems in the process of personnel training,including improving and optimizing the policy guarantee mechanism,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and building collaborative education model.The results show that the integration of production and education,the comprehensive implementation of the concept and model to the food professional personnel training in higher vocational education,is conducive to strengthening the effect of personnel training,and to meet the real needs of food industry for talent.It shows that China's vocational education in the process of development,to continue to deepen the integration of production and education,constantly innovate talent training strategies.
