Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in Food Processing Technology Course in Higher Vocational Colleges
Under the background of education in the new era,it is a feasible way to realize the requirements of"three rounds of education"by organically integrate ideological and political elements into different links of professional course teaching.Based on the characteristics of students majoring in food in higher vocational colleges,combined with the characteristics of the course of food processing technology,this paper deeply digs into the ideological and political elements contained in it,analyzes its integration breakthrough point,and explores ways to effectively implement ideological and political education in this course by improving teachers'ideological and political level in curriculum,digging out ideological and political elements in curriculum,applying mixed teaching mode,and establishing curriculum ideological and political evaluation system,so that students can enhance their ideological and political quality while mastering professional knowledge and skills,and realize the goal of ideological and political education in professional courses.
