西梅属于跃变型优质鲜果,其采后代谢旺盛,在采后贮运过程中极易腐烂变质,导致销售价值降低.因此通过综述西梅种植现状、西梅采后生理和表观特征及其影响因素、采后贮运保鲜技术研究进展,以期为西梅贮运保鲜技术提供思路和参考,进而减少西梅采后损失.
A Review on Postharvest Physiological and Biochemical Changes,Storage and Preservation of Xinjiang Prunus domestica L.Ximei
Prunus Domestica L.Ximei is a high-quality fresh fruit of respiratory climacteric fruits.Ximei is very perishable and deteriorated during postharvest storage and transportation,due to vigorous of postharvest metabolism,resulting in a decrease in sales value.Review the current status of Ximei planting,postharvest physiological and epithetical characteristics and their influencing factors,and the research progress of postharvest storage,transportation and preservation technology,in order to provide ideas and references for ximei storage,transportation and preservation technology,and then reduce the postharvest loss of ximei.
