基于专利分析的小杂粮加工技术领域研究

为了解国内外小杂粮加工技术的应用现状及发展趋势,检索IncoPat科技创新情报平台和知呱呱全生命周期知识产权大数据智能分析管理信息系统2000-2023年小杂粮加工技术专利,从专利申请及公开趋势、专利申请地域分布、主要申请人和专利IPC分类等多方面呈现该领域专利发展现状,并对获得的专利数据进行可视化分析.专利可视化分析结果表明:2012-2016年,全球小杂粮加工技术领域发展迅速,专利申请量于2016年达到峰值;在小杂粮加工技术领域,中国专利申请量远超其他国家位居第一位;国内与小杂粮加工技术领域相关专利申请的主要地区为安徽、山东等沿海地区;相比于其他国家,中国专利权人的专利申请较为分散,尚未出现比较稳定、国内典型的龙头企业;全球小杂粮加工技术领域相关专利申请集中于A23L33/00.因此,国内专利申请人亟需加大投资研发力度,突破技术壁垒,提高技术优势,为实现我国小杂粮加工技术领域高质量发展奠定基础.
Research on Small Coarse Grain Processing Technology Based on Patent Analysis
Abstact In order to learn about the application status and development trend of processing technology of small coarse grain at home and abroad,the processing technology patents filed in 2000-2023 are retrieved on IncoPat and Zhiguagua Intelligent Analysis and Management Information System of Full Life Cycle Intellectual Property Big Data.The present situation of patent development in this field is presented from multiple dimensions,such as application and disclosure trend,geographical distribution of application,major applicants and IPC classification.Patent data acquired are visually analyzed.The results of analysis of patent show that the global small coarse grain processing technology field developed rapidly from 2012 to 2016,and the number of patent applications reached the peak in 2016.The main areas of small grain processing technology are Anhui,Shandong and other coastal areas.Compared with other countries,the patent applications of Chinese patents are relatively scattered,and there are no relatively stable and typical domestic leading enterprises.Global patent applications related in the field of small coarse grain processing technology are concentrated in A23L33/00.Therefore,domestic patent applicants are in urgent need to increase investment in research and development,to break through technical barriers,to improve technical advantages,and to lay the foundation for high-quality development in the field of small coarse grain processing technology in China.
