虚拟仿真实验教学弥补现实实验条件的不足,适应新工科教育背景下创新型人才培养的需求.为充分发挥虚拟仿真技术在食品微生物学实验教学中的应用效果,通过合理选择虚拟仿真实验教学内容,构建基于虚拟仿真技术的创新型实验教学体系,坚持"能实不虚、虚实结合"的应用原则,有针对性地建设符合教学实际的食品微生物学实验虚拟仿真资源,建立基于虚拟仿真技术的新型线上线下混合式教学模式及与之匹配的考核方式,提升食品微生物学课程的实验教学质量和水平.
Strategy Research on Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching of Food Microbiology
Virtual simulation experiment teaching makes up for the lack of real experimental conditions,and adapts to the needs of innovative talent training under the background of new engineering education.In order to give full play to the application effectiveness of virtual simulation experimental teaching methods in food microbiology experimental teaching,it is necessary to reasonably select the teaching content of virtual simulation experiments,to build an innovative experimental teaching system based on virtual simulation technology,to adhere to the application principle of"can be real and not virtual,combination of virtual and real",to build virtual simulation resources for food microbiology experiments in line with teaching reality,to establish a new teaching mode of"online+offline+virtual simulation"and suitable assessment methods,and to improve the quality and effect of food microbiology experimental teaching.
