According to the current teaching situation of advance on food safety course,explore and analyze the specific implementation of applying"case-based and task-driven"teaching method in"Advance on Food Safety"course.The implementation steps of"case-based and task-driven"teaching mode are summarized,including case determination and task assignment,independent learning,discussion in the group,inter-group discussion and evaluation,task summary,task expansion and consolidate innovation.The teaching method improves the independent learning ability of graduate students,provides ideas for the teaching reform of related courses,and lays a foundation for cultivating food professionals with the ability of comprehensive innovation.
