New Ideas of Labor Education Teaching in Private Colleges under the Background of Integration of Production and Education—A Case Study of Food Quality and Safety Major of Boda College of Jilin Normal University
The development of labor education contributes to the realization of the fundamental task of moral cultivation and the all-round development of college students,and is also an important content of ideological and political education in private colleges.In the university stage,based on school-enterprise cooperation,promoting the integration of production and education and combining labor education with curriculum ideology and politics can promote the all-round development of students and the cultivation of highly skilled talents in private colleges.Private colleges and universities should make full use of high quality resources of society,family and enterprise,from the establishment of talent training objective,theory and practice of curriculum settings,set an example and environment rendering,etc.,through the social practice,housework,campus training,field work,labor,campus practice base and so on,and cause the student to participate in the labor education,to strengthen the consciousness of labor and formation of thanksgiving ideas,to cultivate the good habits of love for labor,unity and dedication to help students establish correct values,and to better adapt to the needs of social and career development.
