酱香型白酒是贵州经济发展的重要组成部分,为积极推动贵州乡村振兴工作做出重要贡献.人才是经济发展的第一资源,是乡村振兴战略的第一动力支撑,是创新发展的首要因素,酱香型白酒技能人才的培养对推动贵州酱香型白酒产业和贵州经济持续性发展具有重要意义.文章阐述了贵州酱香型白酒发展现状和酱香型白酒技能人才培养中存在的问题,探索高校在产教融合、课程教学体系、教学改革等方面的教育教学改革,为贵州酱香型白酒发展提供人才支撑,助力贵州经济高质量发展.
Research on Education Reform of Guizhou Sauce-Flavor Baijiu Skilled Talents under the Background of Rural Revitalization
Sauce-flavor Baijiu is an important part of Guizhou's economic development,and makes an important contribution to the revitalization of rural areas in Guizhou.The first resource for the economic development of talent city is the first power support for the rural revitalization strategy and the primary factor for innovative development.The cultivation of sauce-flavor Baijiu skilled talents is a great significance to promote the sustainable development of sauce-flavor Baijiu industry and economy in Guizhou.This paper expounds the current situation of the development of Sauce-flavor Baijiu in Guizhou and the problems existing in the cultivation of Sauce-flavor Baijiu skilled talents,and explores the educational reform in colleges and universities in the integration of production and teaching,curriculum teaching system,teaching reform and other aspects,which can provide talent support for the development of Sauce-flavor Baijiu in Guizhou,and assist the high-quality development of Guizhou economy.
