基于智慧课堂的SPOC教学模式在"食品分析"中教学改革

从线上平台资源建设、课堂教学实施、课后教学总结和教学效果评价3个阶段,探讨构建基于智慧课堂的SPOC混合式教学模式的改革,并应用于"食品分析"理论课程教学实践中.以"食品中油脂及其化学特性的测定"为例,从线上课前、线下课上、线上课后进行教学模式设计.实践表明,该教学模式取得良好的教学效果,提高了学生的自学、归纳和总结能力,培养了学生创新意识和探索精神,学生满意度高.
The Pedagogical Reform of SPOC Teaching Model Based on the Smart Classroom in the Course of"Food Analysis"
Discuss the reform of SPOC mixed teaching model based on smart classroom from three stages,namely the construction of online platform resource,classroom teaching implementation,after-class teaching summary and teaching effect evaluation.It is also applied to the teaching practice of the theoretical course of"Food Analysis".Taking"Determination of Oils and Fats in Food and Their Chemical Properties"as an example,the design of the teaching mode is carried out from the before online classes,offline classes,and after online classes.The practice shows that this teaching model has achieved good teaching results,improved students'self-study,induction and summary ability,and cultivated students'innovative consciousness and exploration spirit,and students'satisfaction is high.
