基于目标导向"饮食与健康"课程思政体系建设

课程思政建设是高校课程改革的重要方向之一."饮食与健康"是在"健康中国2030"背景下我校开设的一门重要的综合素养类课程.文章以"饮食与健康"课程为例,分析了课程思政目标,以目标为导向,从中华优秀饮食文化、健康饮食与食疗理念、食品安全意识、社会责任与公民素质和科学思维与科学精神等五方面进行了思政元素的挖掘,并探讨了课程思政与教学内容的融合实践,以期为进一步提升我校课程思政水平、落实立德树人根本任务提供依据和支撑.
Exploration and Practice of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education for Course of"Diet and Health"Based on Objectives-Oriented Instruction
The construction of curriculum ideological and political education is one of the important directions of curriculum reform in college and university."Diet and Health"is an important comprehensive literacy course offered by our university in the context of"Healthy China 2030".Taking the"Diet and Health"course as an example,this article analyzes the objectives of curriculum ideological and political education.Based on the objectives-oriented instruction,the ideological and political education elements are explored from five aspects of excellent Chinese diet culture,healthy diet and diet therapy concept,food safety awareness,social responsibility and civic quality,and scientific thinking and scientific spirit.It also discusses the integration practice of curriculum ideological and political education and teaching content.This study tries to provide basis and support for further improving the curriculum ideological and political education level in our university and implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.
