Food processing and safety,as a characteristic specialty of training high-level applied compound talents in agriculture and food industry,responds to the requirements of the Ministry of Education to train various outstanding talents with higher quality standards that can meet the needs of national economic and social development.It is particularly important to actively promote the practical teaching link of college education,among which the construction of off-campus bases is an indispensable link and effective means.In view of the limitations of the current off-campus practice base,such as low enterprise enthusiasm,lax practice management,and incomplete practice teaching management system,the construction of food processing and safety professional practice base of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University is based on the industry advantages and regional location on the base of"mutual benefit and mutual benefit".It puts forward a kind of long-term and stable school-enterprise cooperation relationship,which has strong practical significance in operation,to provide reference for the related work of other colleges and universities.
