由于氰化物对人体健康和生态环境危害很大,因此研究低浓度氰化物的检测方法具有重要意义.基于氰化物检测技术时效性差,将优化的QuEChERS技术应用于氰化物检测样品前处理中,消除基质干扰;通过罗丹明B酰肼席夫碱荧光探针及铜离子构筑一种特异性传感器实现工业废水中氰化物可视化快速检测.结果表明,在0~0.015μg/mL浓度范围具有良好线性关系,最低检出限为0.012 μg/mL,灵敏度显著提高,其他阴离子,包括Cl-、I-、IO3-、SO42-、NO2-、Br-、H2PO4-、F-、SCN-、HSO4-和ClO4-,对氰化物的探测行为几乎没有影响.该技术具有快速、灵敏、经济、环保优势,适用于复杂基质中氰化物现场快速检测.
Rapid Detection of Cyanide Using Rhodamine B Hydrazide Schiff Base Fluorescent Probe
Due to the significant harm of cyanide to human health and the ecological environment,it is of great significance to study detection methods for low concentration cyanide.Based on the current poor timeliness of cyanide detection technology,the optimized QuEChERS technology was applied to the pre-treatment of cyanide detection samples to eliminate matrix interference,and a specific sensor was constructed using rhodamine B hydrazide schiff base fluorescent probe and copper ions to achieve visual and rapid detection of cyanide in industrial wastewater.The experimental results show that the minimum detection limit is 0.012 μg/mL,and the sensitivity is significantly improved.There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0-0.015 μg/mL.Other anions,including Cl-,I-,IO3-,SO42-,NO2-,Br-,H2PO4-,F-,SCN-,HSO4-and ClO4-,had almost no effect on the detection behavior of cyanide.This technology has the advantages of speed,sensitivity,economy,and environmental protection,and was suitable for rapid on-site detection of cyanide in complex matrices.
