气相色谱法测定食品中甜蜜素

采用气相色谱法测定不同种类食品基质中的甜蜜素,试样中的环己基氨基磺酸盐经水提取,在硫酸介质中与亚硝酸钠衍生化反应,生成环己醇亚硝酸酯和环己醇,用正庚烷萃取后,用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器测定,外标法定量.通过对果汁、饼干、糖果、午餐肉4种不同类型样品基质中甜蜜素的加标回收试验表明,在2~600μg/mL质量浓度范围内,环己醇亚硝酸酯和环己醇线性方程相关系数分别为0.999 89和0.999 80,甜蜜素的检出限、定量限分别为10 mg/kg和30 mg/kg,4个基质中检出限、定量限、3倍定量限、10倍定量限及最大允许限的加标回收率平均值在92.9%~103.9%之间,精密度≤2.6%.
Determination of Sodium Cyclamate in Food by Gas Chromatography
The sodium cyclamate in different food substrates was determined by gas chromatography.The sodium cyclamate in samples was extracted by water and derivated with sodium nitrite in sulfuric acid medium to produce cyclohexanol nitrite and cyclohexanol.After extraction with n-heptane,the cyclohexanol nitrite and cyclohexanol were determined by gas chromatography-hydrogen with flame ionization detector and quantified by external standard method.The experimental results of the juice,biscuits,candy,luncheon meat four different types of sample matrix showed that,the correlation coefficients of cyclohexanol nitrite and cyclohexanol were 0.999 89 and 0.999 80,respectively,in the range of 2-600 μg/mL mass concentration.The limits of detection and limits of quantification of sodium cyclamate were 10 mg/kg and 30 mg/kg,respectively.The average recoveries of the limits of detection,limits of quantification,three times limits of quantification,ten times limits of quantification and maximum residue limit were 92.9%-103.9%,and the relative standard deviations were all less than 2.6%.
