摘要
使用免疫胶体金快速检测试剂板对猕猴桃进行农药残留中氯吡脲和多菌灵的快速检测,具有操作方便、针对性强和机动性强等优势.试验采用免疫胶体金快速检测试剂板对猕猴桃中氯吡脲和多菌灵农药残留进行检测试验.结果表明,免疫胶体金快速检测试剂板对富集在猕猴桃中氯吡脲和多菌灵的残留敏感性强,具有干扰小且靶向明确的特征,该方法简单、针对性强、快速,能满足在猕猴桃中快速检测出氯吡脲和多菌灵农药残留的需求.
Abstract
The rapid detection of chlorfenuron and carbendazim in pesticide residues in kiwifruit using the immunocolloidal gold rapid detection reagent plate has the advantages of convenient operation,strong pertinency and strong mobility.The immunocolloidal gold rapid detection reagent plate is used to detect the pesticide residues of chlorfenuron and carbendazim in kiwifruit.The results show that the immunocolloidal gold rapid detection reagent plate has strong sensitivity to residues of chlorfenuron and carbendazim concentrated in kiwi fruit,and has the characteristics of low interference and clear targeting.The method is simple,targeted and rapid,and can meet the needs of rapid detection of chlorfenuron and carbendazim pesticide residues in kiwi fruit.
